We buy strong private companies like private equity firms, but avoid their exhaustive tactics and complex deal structures. As a self-funded, operationally focused buyer, we prioritize fairness and simplicity.

Does Wildrose work with businesses outside of Alberta?

Primarily focused on our home province Alberta, we are open to interesting opportunities in Canada.

  • We don’t believe in complicating simple deals. The timeline depends on the complexity of the business and goals of the seller. We strive to close deals quickly and efficiently, often within a few months.

  • We conduct a streamlined due diligence process, focusing on key financial and operational aspects to minimize disruptions and keep the process moving quickly.

  • That decision is entirely up to you. We work with owners who wish to stick around as well as those who prefer a full exit.

  • You are more than welcome to receive an independent valuation but it’s not necessary. Wildrose can assist with evaluating your business during initial conversations to determine its value and potential.
